1 General Terms & Conditions

Bangla Font (banglafont.im) is an online Sports Betting platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Bangla Font reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with Bangla Font, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must register using your own accurate and genuine information.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Only one account can be created per mobile number.
• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate. If an account is opened using false details, Bangla Font reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any funds at any time. A national ID or other documentation may be requested at any time for identity verification.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

Bangla Font strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or participating in any form of betting. If it is established that a user was under 18 at the time of registration, then:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All transactions will be considered void.
• All deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Necessary legal action may be taken.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Bangla Font currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus Pay for deposits. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Maximum single deposit limit: ৳50,000.
• Deposits are usually instant, but may be delayed by up to 30 minutes due to network issues.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Payment Verification

Bangla Font may request additional information or documentation at any time to verify a payment. This is done for your protection. Transactions that appear unusual or suspicious may be temporarily placed on hold.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Bets that have been accepted are generally not subject to change or cancellation. However, Bangla Font reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled.
• When incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match-fixing or any other irregularity is found.
• When a bet has been accepted based on clearly incorrect information.

5.2 Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is accepted are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect an already accepted bet. However, in live betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed.

5.3 Maximum Winnings Cap

Bangla Font sets the maximum payout limit per bet. This limit may vary across different sports and markets. If winnings exceed the set limit, only the maximum amount will be paid out.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

All bonuses and promotions at Bangla Font are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has its own specific wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are for personal use only.
• One welcome bonus per account.
• Unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Bangla Font reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x wagering requirement means you must bet five times the bonus amount. Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 or higher typically count toward wagering.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bangla Font:

• Multi-accounting: Creating multiple accounts under a single identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false identities to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using Bangla Font as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• System Hacking: Unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.

If any such activity is proven, Bangla Font reserves the right to immediately close the account, seize any funds held, and take any necessary legal action.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any valid funds remaining in your account before closure.

8.2 Closure Initiated by Bangla Font

Bangla Font may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of Terms & Conditions violations.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 2 years).
• Legal directives or orders from regulatory authorities.
• In the interest of user safety.

9 Liability Limits

Bangla Font is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to an internet connection failure.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical failures.

However, if any loss occurs due to our own negligence, Bangla Font will accept responsibility and provide appropriate compensation.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Bangla Font may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification.
